Currently I have an old LFS livecd (r2145) to fall back on should I need to rescue my LFS box but I am nervous about how old it's kernel is. (I believe it is already too old to host a modern LFS build.)
I have tried the smt-linux Live CDs that someone posted links to a few months back but they fail to detect my internal SATA disks (which surprises me - I thought SATA would just work). So, what do people recommend for a modern Live CD to rescue/host LFS?
