 That looks adequate for the old ISO-8859-1 we used to use in
Britain.  Nowadays, many people use UTF-8.  In my own profile I have
LANG=en_GB.UTF-8

 I suggest that you might prefer something more specific to where
you are living, unless you prefer to always use British English!

 I'm not sure about your country identification letters, but maybe
es_CL.iso88591 or es_CL.UTF-8 ?  If in doubt, google for locales.
