Just go back as when installing LFS:






1.  wget -c ...wget... and any other files you wish to install, using ubuntu, 
to $LFS/sources





2.  mount files as in Chapters 6.2.2 and 6.2.3 and chroot as in Chapter 6.64

3. install them



You can install most files like that.
