However, it -is- going to take some work to make (B)LFS and udev cooperate with a separately mounted /usr. I don't think a lot of work, but work nonetheless. So, since anyone building LFS as presently constituted, needs to be aware, when planning his file system layout, that it's not quite able to support /usr being separately mounted.
