I seem to have encountered this issue ( http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.linux.lfs.devel/10624 ) just now though it seems the patch isn't in the patch list nor in the instructions. Did I miss a step? I manually applied the patch and had to copy two headers from the kernel headers in order to get it to fly.
