I have now identified a major (for me) mistake. And I believe the best course to to "Wiper clean, and start anew."
The experience will do me good.? :) Just to keep my head straight, why can I not find the actual symlink (file) to the /tools directory? I know I ran that step, as I have a /tools directory and it is populated with the right directories and sub directories. I have looked ever where for it. Off we go... back to 5.1.
