It would probably be a good exercise, but if you dig around a little bit I'm 
sure you can find all the patches required in less SBU.

You can try starting with http://websvn.kde.org/branches/KDE/3.5/ the time 
stamps should stick out, or if you're up to it you can download and build from 
SVN (big downloads... 1.3G for the few packages that I build from the 4.4 
branch)
