I've looked around for the official echo rules, and can't seem
to find them. I see some being imposed, but don't seem to be
able to find the official list. Can anyone point me to the official
rules for posting to this echo? I mean something that says, explicitly,
no HTML
no top posting
no ALL CAPS (if that's part of it)
