Ok, I patched grub with the files from Ubuntu, didn't help. So I bzipped all my files, installed Ubuntu, deleted all Ubuntu but grub and bunzipped my files back to the harddisk and everything is working now. But I feel a bit uneasy because I'll be lost, I have have to fix something on the mac mini.
