Nope, sorry. Once you get all the tools setup once, you never have to do anything again. Unfortunately, formatting text for different outputs is a complex task that involves a lot of different tools. BLFS is a big project that takes a long time to render. We can't be running it through fop every day. Maybe you'll have more luck dumping it out to tex.
