Yes it is, but there is no "installation" page in the systemd book. Actually, chapter 7 has never been updated for systemd, even in the systemd book. Not sure it is needed though. When I made the tickets, that book was maintained, so I thought the tickets might help. But there have been no updates since the beginning of July.
