Well, strictly speaking, _docbook_ is not _in_ _LFS_: it's of course software that's used to generate the _display_ of the LFS book; and if it's a goal to more-or-less _require_ to use the latest software to _display_ the LFS book, then what other requirements might be mandated - minimum browser versions, minimum pdf versions, what?
