Darn!  I hit that, changed it locally but somehow lost it prior to the
commit.  I'll fix up tonight.  In the meantime, if you haven't already
done so, you can use:

PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/tools/lib/pkgconfig ./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-vlock
