There were a few rendering processes still lying around, both of the systemd branch and trunk. I've killed those off, and ran the systemd rendering script which pointed to an issue with it that I've now fixed up. A manual run of both the systemd branch and trunk rendering scripts both completed successfully, so the cron jobs should now keep on top of things again.
