Thanks for the quick feedback! I wasn't expecting that at all. I'm still working through my own build, and am actually surprised that you got it working at all. I'm sure there's some configuration information and other polish missing. If you have any notes on what you needed to do above what is currently in the book, I'll put those on my todo list.
