Well, that could also be something coming from the way ICA is done. Those files (grub modules and .oS files) are stripped from all symbols, while, being kind of libraries, they should keep the relocation data. So isn't it that strip somehow did different things to each directories? I've done another try without any stripping (but then, I had to change the ICA scripts, and I have not had time to fully test them). It seems that all the differences I pointed out are gone. It remains only the differences in .la files and in libgmpxx.so (and time stamps of course) .
