I'm about to start merging Wayne's work. For the packages I've
already built, I'll add measurements, descriptions, and whatever
else I think is necessary. For the remainder, I'll only be able to
add descriptions.

As far as I can see, this should NOT interfere with other updates.
But, it's possible that you may come across links I've had to
comment to get the book to render - these will probably have
something like FIXME:ken in the comment.

And once I've committed a package, feel free to add missing
descriptions or correct any errors.

 First, I'll move the deprecated/legacy gnome-2 packages that I
asked to be kept. After that, I'll go through the diffs in the
order in which I first read them (so, effectively a random order of
chapters, and random within each chapter) - mostly, one package at a
time.

More details are on blfs-support, but I'll mention the following
changes here:

Cantarell fonts - I'll include these as an external link on the X
fonts page.

Libgsf - not applying the changes, the retention of
deprecated/legacy packages means the links will still exist, and the
switches are not required for the current version which I'll be
upgrading to. Similarly for a few other gnome-office packages.

There was one other thing I didn't think was appropriate -
something in the switches for a non-gnome package, but I can't see
it in my (copious) notes at the moment. More if I come across it.

Note in passing that the xml file for SpiderMonkey will not have
a CamelCase name - all xml filenames are lowercase.

Please note that I've only (so far) built enough of this to run
gnome-session, plus a few other minor things. And many thanks to
Wayne for preparing this and working out the dependencies.
