Full rebuild and same issue here. Hardware seems to check OK, but more thorough testing coming. Also, the update to expect broke jhalfs. I haven't looked into why yet, but last time I had seen similar error, it was due to a missing role= tag on one of the screen blocks. Anyway, going offline to try a pure64 build from the livecd.
