I don't know what that would be. Right now the mail queue has 55 outstanding messages, including one to me at my gmail address. Mailman/postfix takes care of most of the problems. Some of the errors I see are: Host or domain name not found. Connection timed out (most) user over quota A lot are spam. For example when the sender is MAILER-DAEMON.
