Why does the book list an "Installed directory" for Udev, but does not do the same for anything else? It isn't even the only package that creates a new dir in /etc (Shadow, IPRoute2...). I think the same info should be added for everything else - I wouldn't mind seeing all additional dirs (with a few exceptions, such as subdirs of /usr/share/locale) for all packages listed, providing even more info for each package.
