Yeah.  See commit #8542 for the change that made it put these docs into
a udev-config directory instead of udev-<version>; this tarball used to
dump those files alongside udev's own (at the time, pretty scarce)
documentation.  (We can't find out udev's version # in a DESTDIR setup
-- but we wouldn't have to now, either (if we went back), since udev
uses /usr/share/doc/udev...)

I only bring up autofoo because it's what uses /usr/share/doc/udev by
default (and likewise for other packages).  I assume there's a reason it
uses ${PACKAGE_TARNAME} instead of the full
${PACKAGE_TARNAME}-${PACKAGE_VERSION} that we override in at least a few
cases...
