This is, admittedly, a series of n00b questions, but I can't find what
these are for.
etc/iproute2/ematch_map
etc/iproute2/rt_dsfield
etc/iproute2/rt_protos
etc/iproute2/rt_realms
etc/iproute2/rt_scopes
etc/iproute2/rt_tables

Nor these. If even needed, they don't belong there. Since they are
generated using info from linux/types.h, they are likely arch-dependent
and so would go in /usr/lib/<iproute2 | tc>, but if it turns out they
aren't arch-dependent, /usr/share/iproute2 would be more approriate.
lib/tc/normal.dist
lib/tc/pareto.dist
lib/tc/paretonormal.dist
lib/tc/experimental.dist

This empty directory exists:
usr/lib/tc

This man page is installed, but the corresponding library and header are
not:
usr/share/man/man3/libnetlink.3

The following libs are not installed, but have no corresponding header,
so maybe they aren't public interfaces?
libutil.a
libtc.a

Documentation in the source tree is very spartan. :/ Is anyone
intimately familiar with this package?
