After looking at the pages again, it seems to me that the confusion 
arises because of the title of the page. (Obviously those that aren't 
confused aren't actually reading the descriptive text on the page.) The 
use of the name 'Linux-Headers-2.6.20' seems to imply that it is a 
separate package, very similar to the rest of the book. If we changed 
the title to something like 'Linux-2.6.20 Sanitized Headers' or 
something similar, it might make the point a little clearer at first glance.
