Hi all,

Going through the book, preparing for release, I noticed that the
'Preface' section is different than the rest of the book. By different
I mean that the XML structure is different. The 'Preface' file includes
all the sections in one file, even though these sections are
differentiated in the TOC (done via multiple <sect1> tags).

This is different than all the other Chapters, where each TOC entry
is an independent file. I'd like to restructure the 'Preface' section
to conform with the rest of the book. I can't help but think it would
make future editing of the 'Preface' section a bit easier.

Thoughts?
