Randy, I'm sorry for my tardy reply. I just haven't had the time I'd
like to have had for BLFS. My quick and painless migration wasn't.
:-) 60 some odd hours later, at least PDS hasn't been so bad. Anyway,
vsftpd and JDK are not a big deal and I will likely have them in on
Friday evening. If you choose not to let them in, then no biggie.
They'll be waiting for SVN version when we branch (add the gcc-4.1
patches to JDK, but it'll be moving to JDK6 soon if it's dependents work
as they should). Now OOo is a different story entirely.

Even OOo-2.0.3 needs to be tested with recent changes to firefox and
seamonkey, but there is absolutely no way that OOo-2.1.0 can be done and
tested against all optional deps before the cutoff. I'm afraid I'll
just have to push that one off unless several users want to jump on it.
I can't really ask for help from the editing staff as we are stretched
thin enough as it is, and for very little benefit. I'll be working on
it as much as possible this weekend, but I seriously doubt I'll have
finished anything more than the entire list of optional deps, having not
removed any of them. And no, none of the above are worth delaying the
release cycle. I'll get vsftp done first thing tomorrow evening, it's
super easy, and JDK, even though it's only an update release, will have
to test against it's dependents so probably the 29th to do a somewhat
thorough testing. Just let me know if you want them committed for this
release. Thanks.
