Maybe to install Sed before E2fsprogs like is done in CLFS?
I can't recall, but there might be an issue with moving sed up like
that. But I think CLFS is using basically the same order, so probably
not.
DIY is adding /bin/rm to the essential symlinks so that e2fsprogs
doesn't have to go before coreutils.
