Thanks, this is indeed a useful feature for those who build their own
packages using jhalfs. However, if I use it, I would have to modify both
the book and jhalfs. Modifying only the book seems more logical for me :)
I assume the ch5 packages are temporary and only necessary to the
build and not the final product
