If yes, then I believe
jhalfs has ICA routines at your disposal. IMHO it's absolutely essential
to run an ICA test whenever you change the build order so as to detect
this kind of breakage.
Yep, that certainly would have caught this issue. I could come up with
excuses as to why I didn't do an ICA on that build, but they'd be just that!
