As a non big expert , I would like to give my opignon. I have been trying different one, but it is for me the best way to keep track of what you install, for me it is working really fine except yes except, when I'm login as non root I'm not able to su to root which is for me not really a problem. There are at the moment 104 different packages installed include samba, apache,php5, mysql5, groupwize client, kino, xfce4, python, mplayer. But I must say, I do never make a single command as root as it would ruine the concept. One package I did'nt manage to install was bluefish. VoilĂ , I hope this will give some positive feeling about it
