Then all you have to do is to place libxslt and lynx or w3m to the optional dependencies (with a note perhaps). Mutt will try to build the documentation by it's own if it detects libxslt and lynx||w3m. No extra commands are needed. I wonder if it is only because of the development version or it applies and to the stable version too.No that it matters anyway since we use the development version in the book.
