No. One person should not have final say on anything except an overall
project leader. For example, the entire BLFS Editing staff should have
write privileges to whatever repo will be used to create the
'production' tarballs.

Because if not, when Dan gets sick or goes on vacation, what then, we
have to wait until he's back to update the book? We took steps a year
ago to get away from that sort of blockade. Now it seems to be
returning.
