You mean you've been monitoring the lists and because nobody assigned
you a ticket, you haven't contributed to any threads?
1. Nobody assigns someone else a ticket. (perhaps an occasional exception)
2. You don't have to have a ticket assigned to you to contribute.

I don't monitor the lists, been to busy working on CLFS and work. The
only reason I commented to anything is that someone pointed it out to me
via a private email or on IRC.
