Hmm, well, that the way the SBUs are created is a ratio of the build
time of each package over the time for one specific package tells me
that the only way a different configuration is going to change it much
is building in parallel or restrictive memory conditions, the actual
build times would vary a lot, but the ratio should, theoretically, be
within 3-4 of each other (between systems) at the worst. As for the
book values, I remember them being discussed a long while back, but
the actual outcome of that I seem to have missed.
