Nice to see this on paper, but I am really not a fan of us pushing out
the specfic UID/GID per user.
While I appriciate that this has been discussed before, its been in use
for a while in BLFS, perhaps now would be a reasonable time to review
how its worked out, how change has/hasn;t effected it etc.
