Fixed - I had the rm $header.orig in the wrong place.
There are others, <asm/types.h> are included in lots of places in llh
where others are removed, where <asm/types.h> is not included in raw
kernel (or the script created ones).

I also noticed that LLH moves things from asm-generic and incorporates
them into asm-{arch}, so that kinda of throws things off a little.
