Summary here [LFS Ticket #abc]
To be honest, it looks odd. Also if a subject line is truncated in an
email program due to space constraints, [LFS Ticket] may not appear.
Only seeing a summary may not be enough to distinguish a bug update from
something different.
If you wanted to look at it from a grammatical point of view, the
"topic" of the subject line is it being a ticket so that designation
should come first. The summary is a descriptor.
