We agree on this point. I believe DJ offered an opinion on this as well that dvd+_rw-tools should be in the book. At this point, unless there is strong objection by someone with a legitimate reason why it shouldn't go into the book, I'll put it in. So, seems that Chapter 41 would be the proper place. This is a chapter in Section XI - Multimedia, and right now titled "Chapter 41 - CD-Writing Utilities". I propose that we change the name of the chapter to "Chapter 41 - CD/DVD Writing Utilities".
