OK. You are still confused about the use of 'may' and 'might'. 'May' implies permission, 'might' is a probability statement. You need to change 'may' to 'might' in 7.4.3 bullet (1). A kernel driver certainly may export its data, in fact it would be wrong for it not to do so, but in truth it might not do so, due to an error, or to being written to an obsolete definition.
