You didn't check the actual site? http://anduin.linuxfromscratch.org/files They weren't pulled, they were just moved, due to restructuring the Apache config. All files that were served in /srv/www/htdocs were just moved to /srv/www/htdocs/anduin, because anduin now also serves virtual hosts.
