Well, this is considered (by upstream) a feature and not a bug. Notice
that above the input box for the description of a new ticket, that it
says this will accept WikiFormatting.
(http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/newticket) There's even a button
that will wrap your specific text with the appropriate characters to
make it be a code block. I know it's different from what we're used to,
but stepping back a bit and looking at what we *get* out of it might be
helpful. The WikiFormatting allows us to easily link to other items
within the trac environment. Check out the WikiFormatting link and look
at the examples.
