Ch.6, module-init-tools has "./configure --prefix=/ --enable-zlib" as per current SVN version.
I used to have prefix specifed as "" as per an older version of the SVN book. Looking through the build logs I now see that the module tools are being installed into /usr/local/bin/. Strange...
