Did anyone get to look at this at all? Some benefits of Trac over Bugzilla that I've personally noticed: * Reading and searching through bugs/tickets is noticeably faster. * Very well done CSS. For example when viewing tickets, high priority items are hilighted in a hot reddish color, and the less the priority, the cooler the highliting color becomes. Example: http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/report/1 * Allows us to manage the Books with Milestones and a Roadmap * The Timeline feature shows at once what things have been done recently. This can show you changes to all components (Milestones, Ticket/bug changes, SVN commits, and Wiki changes) or just one or two of them. * Built-in keyword Search feature quickly searches the entire trac-system for a keyword. * Able to build custom reports * The fact that it is all tied into one system makes for easier handling of data. * Can set up RSS items based on changes to the project. These are just some of the things that I appreciate about Trac. You might be able to find others. :) -- JH -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
