Thanks for the analysis, Greg. Looks like saving the build directories
is a worthwhile thing to do when comparing builds.
Ok, the cause of the difference is now known. Luckily, it looks like a
fairly minor issue. Nevertheless, it should be fixed in order to attain
clean ICA results. It also proves that dropping packages from Ch 5 should
not be done lightly..
Equally, just because we're giving dependencies a thorough going over
at the moment doesn't mean that they're set in stone - the hardcoded
/tools/bin/grep seems to be new with libtool-1.5.22 (or more accurately,
the 1.5.18 on this box doesn't have it). I suppose the price of purity
will be eternal vigilance.
