No, that's fine, I think.  Maybe a note could be added in BLFS browser
pages.  Probably, though, if someone's using the WEB_BROWSER from
man-db, they'll be able to figure out how to change this.

OK, this makes more sense now.  I hadn't considered this angle (was it
that apparent that I'm en_US?)
