This version of DB built correctly here instead of GDBM. By default, it doesn't look for TCL. Building it again after the whole LFS produces identical binaries, shared libraries and objects in static libraries, so there is no need to worry about unsatisfied optional dependencies.

I will update the UTF-8 patch soon.
