By our piping 'yes' to the command probably defeats everything I've
mentioned earlier, so I'm not really sure all of by BS is even
something worth considering.

I just looked at the piping of 'yes', with an explanation of what
the reader is doing as acceptable because the license is still being
scrolled by as the developer intended, and the reader knows he is
accepting the license.
