And no data in /usr, which means that we need to reconfigure the kbd package 
to look for its data files in /lib/kbd. Fedora already does this.

OTOH, I consider the /usr-on-network configuration hopelessly broken because 
it is hard to maintain (must double-check that local files in / and remote 
files in /usr have matching versions, and so on). I always use nfs-root 
instead of /usr-on-network.
