I had to modify my Linux-libc-headers to use iNotify. It only was a
simple change to the system calls (iirc). I cannot check to see exactly
what I did because that CLFS was removed in favour of building a new
CLFS (which I haven't gotten around to yet...). Without the
modifications, iNotify did work but none of the configure scripts would
recognise that the system supported it.
