Gentoo appears to be using their own, I think - http://packages.gentoo.org/ebuilds/?linux-headers-2.6.11-r2. I can't see any links to the actual tarball though that would enable a full comparison, just the patches they apply against it.
I think Yoper's source based, but couldn't find any sources at all! Similarly, for SourceMage I found some tarballs but only of their deprecated glibc-kernel-headers.
