This is a known issue that's been raised a couple of times before. TDLP have requirements for licensing/copyright and DocBook versions that we don't fulfill at present, hence they won't accept more up to date versions of our book. A few of the editors discussed the licensing issues a while ago, but that seems to have dried up recently.
